It’s true, first off, I mean, if you were Dukes, wouldn’t you be like, hey, don’t worry about it, I got the $500 covered in the first place. Maybe one of his baby mama’s is milking him.

But Chamiqua is still a CHUMP. I have it out for Chamiqua in 09, mark my words. If I lose every week, I will take pride in thoroughly trouncing Chamiqua.

Valid point. “Community” would’ve been a better word than “charity”.

But to your point, he made 500 bucks for the appearance. If I were making what Dukes is making (just over the MLB minimum of $400,000), would $500 get me out of bed? Probably not. Simply declaring the income would make it more annoying than anything else (it’d probably be easier to not get paid at all). So let’s not make it out like he raked in the cash by showing up.
